I lead Arinco’s high-performing teams in designing and delivering secure Azure, DevOps, and AI transformation programs for mid-market to enterprise organisations. My influence extends to shaping opportunities, establishing trusted advisory relationships, and delivering complex multi-stream initiatives.

In presales, I work directly with C-suite and senior leaders to define high-impact programs of work, articulate value propositions, and align cloud adoption strategies to measurable business outcomes. My approach is rooted in curiosity and structured problem-solving, enabling me to uncover core organisational challenges and position pragmatic, executable pathways for Azure adoption and cloud maturity.

In delivery, my focus areas include:

Microsoft Data and AI platforms
Azure landing zones and enterprise networking
DevOps and DevSecOps operating models
Migration and modernisation roadmaps (6Rs)

I’m passionate about connecting technical, organisational, and commercial drivers to shape cohesive programs of work - helping customers move from fragmented initiatives to governed, scalable operating models that sustain long-term value.

I help influence Arinco’s broader capability by leading the Intelligent Platforms stream (~40 ANZ consultants), driving the continual evolution of accelerators, delivery practices, and internal IP.

Finally, I’m an advocate for cloud and AI adoption through internal forums, public speaking, and community evangelism, and was recognised as a Microsoft MVP from 2021-2023 for my contributions in the Azure Policy governance field.
