The through line
Curiosity is a delivery capability.
I have worked through several shifts in the industry: from traditional systems administration and identity, through infrastructure automation and cloud platforms, into DevOps, security governance, data platforms and AI.
Each shift required more than learning a new tool. It required changing how teams think, how work is organised and how value is measured. That is the part I enjoy most: helping people make the change practical enough to stick.
